Welcome to Plus-Plus Studio, a digital creative platform owned and operated by Plus-Plus A/S (“Plus-Plus”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Plus-Plus Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity taking place under your account.

If you are under the age required to legally use online services in your country, you may only use Plus-Plus Studio with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use the service only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

2. User Content

Plus-Plus Studio allows users to create, save, upload, publish, and share digital Plus-Plus designs, patterns, builds, comments, titles, descriptions, images, and other content (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for any User Content you create, upload, publish, or share.

You confirm that:

• you own or control the necessary rights to your User Content;
• your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
• your User Content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, design rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights of others.

You must not upload content that:

• is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, or sexually explicit;
• promotes violence, dangerous activities, self-harm, or illegal behavior;
• is misleading, fraudulent, spam-like, or intended to manipulate the platform;
• contains viruses, malicious code, or attempts to interfere with the service;
• includes personal or sensitive information about others without permission;
• is inappropriate for children or a family-friendly creative community;
• infringes or imitates third-party brands, characters, franchises, logos, or intellectual property for which Plus-Plus does not hold relevant rights or licenses.

3. Public Gallery and Moderation

User Content submitted to the public gallery may be reviewed before publication.

Plus-Plus reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• approve, reject, hide, remove, edit, restrict, or moderate any User Content;
• suspend visibility of content during review;
• remove content reported by users, rights holders, authorities, or third parties;
• remove content that may create legal, reputational, safety, licensing, or community concerns.

Plus-Plus is under no obligation to publish or keep published any User Content.

Moderation decisions are final.

4. Intellectual Property and License to Plus-Plus

You retain ownership of the original rights you may have in the User Content you create.

However, by creating, saving, uploading, submitting, publishing, or sharing User Content through Plus-Plus Studio, you grant Plus-Plus A/S and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, distributors, licensees, and subcontractors a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, fully paid license to:

• use,
• host,
• reproduce,
• modify,
• adapt,
• translate,
• publish,
• distribute,
• display,
• perform,
• create derivative works from,
• commercialize,
• manufacture,
• develop products from,
• and otherwise exploit

the User Content, including any ideas, concepts, patterns, layouts, or designs contained within it, for any purpose related to Plus-Plus and its business activities.

This includes, without limitation:

• Plus-Plus Studio functionality,
• marketing and advertising,
• social media,
• websites,
• inspiration materials,
• instructions and educational materials,
• packaging,
• retail products,
• commercial product development,
• licensing collaborations,
• internal development,
• promotional campaigns,
• events,
• printed materials,
• and future business initiatives.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Plus-Plus may independently develop products, concepts, or designs similar or identical to User Content;
• no compensation, credit, approval, or further permission is required for such use;
• Plus-Plus has no obligation to keep User Content confidential;
• uploaded ideas and designs should not be considered submitted in confidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any moral rights or similar rights relating to attribution, modification, or approval of use of User Content.

5. Third-Party Intellectual Property

You must not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties.

This includes unauthorized use of:

• copyrighted characters,
• movies,
• TV series,
• games,
• sports teams,
• celebrities,
• logos,
• trademarks,
• artwork,
• or branded products.

Plus-Plus reserves the right to remove content that may infringe third-party rights, including content inspired by brands or franchises for which Plus-Plus does not hold relevant licenses.

If you believe content infringes your rights, you may contact Plus-Plus through the official support channels.

6. AI, Automated Systems, and Platform Improvement

Plus-Plus may use automated tools, moderation systems, analytics tools, and artificial intelligence technologies to:

• review and moderate content,
• improve the platform,
• enhance user experience,
• develop new features,
• improve building tools and recommendations,
• and support product and business development.

User Content may be analyzed by such systems for these purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• what personal data is collected,
• how it is used,
• how long it is stored,
• and your rights under applicable law.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors using the platform where required by law.

8. Marketing Communications

Marketing communications are optional.

You may create and use an account without subscribing to marketing emails. If you choose to receive marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Service Availability and Changes

Plus-Plus Studio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with all devices and browsers.

Plus-Plus may at any time:

• update,
• modify,
• suspend,
• discontinue,
• or remove

features, functionality, or parts of the service for operational, legal, security, technical, or business reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plus-Plus shall not be liable for:

• loss of data,
• loss of content,
• indirect or consequential damages,
• business interruption,
• loss of profits,
• or damages resulting from use of the platform or reliance on User Content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Plus-Plus Studio at any time if:

• these Terms are violated;
• the platform is misused;
• required by law;
• or necessary to protect users, Plus-Plus, partners, or third parties.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

Sections relating to intellectual property rights, licenses, limitations of liability, and applicable law will survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

If material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the platform or website.

Continued use of Plus-Plus Studio after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Denmark unless otherwise required by applicable law.
